Claroscuro

Claroscuro is a tendency in the art world wanting to emphasize the extremes of colors and light impressions. In both photography and painting, dark effects are represented even darker than these actually are and lighter effects are even lighter. Thus the midtones disappear and the extremes are amplified. The story of Claroscuro starts in 2012 when Gustavo and Paula Cucchiara passed here and immediately fell in love with the beautiful Finca San Francisco with its equally beautiful views and majestic surroundings. At over 1100m height and with the impressive Andes as background, Uco Valley is a unique location for growing grapes. Since they keep art as important value and consider wine making as such, they want to promote art through their wines and have their wines tasted through art. Each bottle receives a personal work of art from Argentinian artists and is thus a representative with a unique identity. The vineyard is subdivided into different terroirs which make it possible to create different characters with different grapes Each bottle has a painting with similar characteristics and make more than just a nice bottle of wine from each cuvée.

Cavas de Rossel Boher (Argentine - Mendoza )

The story of Casa Boher dates back to the late 19th century, when the great-grandfather of the current owners emigrated from Spain to Mendoza and started a vineyard there. In 1900, the estate was established, where Cavas Rosell Boher still stands today. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 1300m (Los Arboles/Tupungato), where the grapes benefit from exceptional acidity, ideal for producing high-quality sparkling wines. These wines are among the best in Argentina, aiming to match the quality of top Champagnes. Later, the vineyard of Alto Agrelo/Luján de Cuyo was added. This location, at an altitude of 1200m, is known as possibly the best terroir for the production of Malbec. The still wines are bottled under the Casa Boher label, where only top quality is pursued! Stocks are very limited and are an exclusive opportunity for true wine lovers.

Casa De Los Andes (Argentine - Mendoza )

The Baudron winery has dedicated more than 80 years of passion and family labor to viticulture. It was founded in 1940 by a family of French and Italian immigrants who chose the land of Mendoza to bring their European winemaking experience. The Maipú/Luján de Cuyo region is the main wine-producing area of the province. The soil and climate conditions make this region ideal for growing the noblest grape varieties. A strong temperature variation, low rainfall, and sandy, well-draining soils characterize this terroir.
