picture of

Garrus, the most exclusive rosé in the world. An impressive and concentrated rosé that rivals the top white wines and prestigious champagnes. This rosé is produced from old Grenache and Rolle grapes, from vineyards that can be up to 100 years old.

This rosé pairs well with refined dishes such as grilled fish, lobster, scallops, sushi or light salads. It is also an excellent choice to serve at a summer dinner or special occasions.

vinification

Garrus is composed mainly of Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino). The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates to avoid oxidation. After a light pressing, fermentation takes place in 600-litre French oak barrels (demi-muids), with regular bâtonnage to give the wine body and complexity. After fermentation, the wine is aged on its fine lees for 11 months, which contributes to the creamy texture and depth of flavour.
