The epitome of a refined, food-focused wine made from Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino), Les Clans (fully fermented and matured in large French oak barrels) represents a particular departure from rosé in general, as it is remarkably capable of aging or, if tempted, enjoyed with great pleasure sooner rather than later. This wine is both rich and exotic as well as full and elegant in body.

This rosé is excellent with rich fish dishes such as tuna tartare, grilled salmon or lobster, but also with poultry and light meat dishes.

Les Clans is mainly composed of Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino). It is fermented 100% in demi-muids barrels and matures for eleven months in the barrel.
