The Château d'Esclans Rock Angel 2023 magnum is a refined rosé from Provence, produced by the prestigious Château d'Esclans under the direction of Sacha Lichine. This wine is considered one of the most prestigious rosé wines in the world.

This rosé is an excellent choice as an aperitif and goes perfectly with refined dishes such as grilled fish, lobster, scallops, sushi or light salads. It is also an excellent choice to serve at a summer dinner or special occasions.

The grapes for the Rock Angel 2023 come from old Grenache and Rolle vineyards, some of which are up to 100 years old. The grapes are harvested manually in the morning in small crates to avoid oxidation. After careful sorting, the grapes undergo a soft pressing at low temperatures to minimize oxidation. Fermentation takes place in new 600-liter French oak barrels (demi-muids), with the wine maturing for 11 months with regular bâtonnage to develop complexity and structure. The wine is bottled after a period of rest and decantation.
