This new vintage of Côte de Provence is a wine made from a combination of three grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino. The grapes are harvested by hand at night to maintain freshness. After harvest, the grapes undergo a soft pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine is aged for three to six months on the fine lees with regular bâtonnage to develop texture and complexity.
