The Dom Pérignon Vintage Plénitude 2 (also known as Dom Pérignon P2) is one of the most special and refined editions of Dom Pérignon, which matures beyond the classic vintage. "Plénitude" refers to the maturation stage of the champagne, and in the case of P2 it is a second stage of maturation after the original vintage, often lasting up to 15 to 20 years. This results in a champagne that is more complex, richer and more refined than the original vintage.
