"After 15 years of maturation in old American white oak bourbon casks, approximately 30% of the whisky is transferred to Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for 3 years. When the two parts reach 18 years, they are blended. The Oloroso casks provide an incredible level of liveliness, while the American oak balances the grapey sweetness of the sherry."
