Hennessy VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) a particularly balanced cognac that puts elegance and subtlety first. It is softer and more nuanced than the VS, but livelier and more accessible than an XO. It is an excellent example of the harmony between power and finesse, perfect both neat and in a cocktail.
