100% Chardonnay. 8 g/l Brut. Classic fermentation in stainless steel. First racking around January, followed by malolactic fermentation to best express the aromas and terroir. Parceled vinification. 3rd fermentation in bottle, then brut dosage. Produced from the last 3 harvests.
