"Grapes from over 200 separate vintages are combined to create this cuvée. Composed mainly of Pinot Noir (40-50%), this blend draws its roundness from Meunier (30-40%) and its freshness from Chardonnay (10-20%). In the final blend or mix, 20-30% consists of specially selected reserve wines. The dosage of 45 grams per liter gives this demi-sec champagne a rich, semi-sweet MOUTH."
