"The start of the 2010 season was marked by a cool spring. These mild temperatures continued, resulting in a slightly later harvest than usual. Ruinart Dom Ruinart 2010 is a blend of Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Crus of the Côte des Blancs (90%) and the Montagne de Reims (10%). Maturation on lees for a minimum of nine years ensures a very balanced acidity, allowing this wine to be drunk immediately or left to mature in the bottle and develop further."
