The grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, which helps to preserve the freshness of the fruit. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels, which provides a subtle oak influence without overshadowing the delicate fruit aromas.
