The Terrazas de los Andes Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is an elegant and powerful red wine from the high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza. Thanks to the cool Andean climate and the altitude between 980 and 1, 250 meters, the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes ripen slowly and develop a refined balance between intensity, freshness and complexity. In the glass, the wine shows a deep ruby red color, with purple hues at the rim - a first hint of the youthful liveliness and power of this vintage.
With grilled red meat, game dishes, stews or hard cheeses such as manchego or old comté. Perfect with an autumn dinner or an atmospheric evening by the fire.

The grapes for this wine come from carefully selected vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley in Mendoza. These high-altitude plots are between 980 and 1,250 meters above sea level and ensure a slow, gradual maturation process. The large temperature differences between day and night preserve the natural acidity in the grapes, while the intense sunlight promotes the concentration of aromas and colorants. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, some of which are new oak. This barrel aging adds layers of complexity: notes of vanilla, cinnamon, mocha and a delicate toasted touch blend harmoniously with the dark fruit character of the wine.
