Veuve Clicquot Extra Brut Extra Old MAGNUM 1.50 Ltr. Blanc
picture of

"The third blend of the Extra Brut Extra Old is composed of eight of the house's most prestigious reserve wines from the following vintages: 1990, 1998, 1999, 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013 and 2014. Each vintage brings its own unique qualities and flavours; together they offer an incomparable complexity and depth. The Extra Brut cuvée illustrates a drier, more experimental style: the expression of champagne in its purest form. With less dosage, it reveals all the natural flavours and aromas of its blend."

"Veuve Clicquot is home to one of the largest collections of reserve wines in the Champagne region, the oldest of which are 30 years old. The winemakers carefully draw on this reserve of 500 wines to create a perfect balance of freshness, serving temperature, texture and complexity. The final blend of Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (30%) and Meunier (20%) is aged for two years on the lees in barrels, followed by at least three years in bottle before release."
