Pinot Noir: 50–55% – provides power and structure. Chardonnay: 28–33% – adds elegance and freshness. Pinot Meunier: 15–20% – contributes roundness and fruitiness. The assemblage consists of 50 to 60 different crus, originating from 5 to 6 vintages. Wines from previous vintages (reserve wines) make up 30–45% of the blend, which ensures consistency in style. A special feature of this cuvée is the liqueur de dosage, which is composed of Brut Carte Jaune and matured for 12 months in oak barrels. This process adds a unique roundness and complexity to the champagne.
