The predominance of Pinot Noir, the (subtle) touch of wines made in oak barrels (10%) and the long maturation on lees give the power and aromatic richness that is so typical of the Veuve Clicquot Vintage style. The 2015 Vintage Rosé blend is made with 13% red wine, exclusively from the Pinot Noir of Bouzy Grand Cru.
