Light colour with green nuances in its youth that later evolve into gold. Soft nose of ripe white fruit such as lychee, pear and nectarine. After swirling, more floral notes emerge. Its mineral character keeps it lively and interesting. Nicely balanced and long aftertaste.
As an aperitif, rich fish dishes, salads with chicken or other poultry, vegetarian dishes and soft cheeses. Versatile style.
