Bright color. Fresh crispy nose. Raspberries, raspberries and a touch of cassis color the taste palette and are accompanied by notions of pepper, tobacco, fresh herbs and cedar wood. Very nice style, elegant and harmonious. This continues in the finish... A wine with some evolution possible. Bright future!

climate

Maritime climate through the Atlantic Ocean. The warm Gulf Stream and Gironde act as heat regulators and temper the climate. This causes mild winters, hot summers, and a long, sunny autumn. However, the climate of Côtes de Castillon is more continental with a greater variation in temperature during the day and less rain in summer and winter.

soil

Lagrange has 102 different plots mainly spread over large 2 hills. Mix of gravel and clay / limestone soils.

vinification

They dispose of about 100 bowls so that almost every plot can be fermented separately. Malolactic fermentation is then applied on barrel. Maturation for 21 months on 60% new oak.
