climate

A maritime climate with mild, wet winters (sometimes with heavy rainfall). Summers are very warm with plenty of sunshine, which ensures optimal ripening of the vines.

soil

A 5-hectare hillside with sediments from the Garonne, with a fair amount of clay and small stones in the subsoil, perfectly oriented southwest. A paradise for vines.

vinification

67% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon. Each plot is vinified separately and rigorously selected, with special triaging based on grape size and optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place half in new oak and half in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation takes place again, half in new oak and half in the barrels in which vinification took place. Aging takes place for 16 months in the same barrels.
