Deep purple-red, expressive nose of blackcurrant, cherry, and cedar. Powerful and concentrated on the palate, with ripe tannins, a fine oak note, and a long, elegant finish.

An Atlantic climate with mild winters and sunny, dry summers; 2020 was a warm year with ripe grapes and excellent balance.

Deep Garonne gravel soils with a sub-layer of clay and sand, typical of Saint-Julien and ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon.

vinification

Traditional fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks, followed by maturation in French oak barrels (12–14 months, partly new wood).
