Cahors enjoys a temperate maritime climate, quite warm in summer with regular rainfall (even in the driest months). Towards the end of flowering often influenced by southern Mediterranean winds which promote the ripening of the grapes. Fairly mild winters.

Sandy soil with a little clay and limestone that lie in the plain near the Lot. Ideal for smooth, fruity wines.
- vinification

Strict selection before and after picking. Classic fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats. No wood maturation. Maturation in stainless steel for several months after bottling.
