The Langhe Chardonnay radiates a pale yellow color, illuminated by greenish reflections. The nose unfolds notes of lemon peel, ripe apricot, and a hint of elderflower, creating a complex aromatic whole.

The Langhe region enjoys a warm, maritime climate, characterized by warm, pleasant summers, cool, but rarely truly cold, winters, and relatively low rainfall. Summers in the area are pleasant, with average daily temperatures ranging between twenty-five and thirty degrees Celsius.

The soil consists mainly of limestone and the average altitude is about 400 meters above sea level

The Langhe Chardonnay "Bel Amì" is hand-harvested from the vineyard just a few meters from the cellar. The bunches are selected on a sorting table. Cryomaceration takes place for 24 to 48 hours. Fermentation and maceration then take place in steel, followed by several months of aging in oak barrels.
