Pale yellow with green reflections. A clean, dry nose with pronounced mineral notes, white and yellow fruit, and a refreshing hint of citrus. Lively and elegant on the palate, with a long, beautifully balanced finish.
Known as a true “oyster wine”, thanks to both its terroir and its ideal pairing with oysters. Also excellent with other seafood, white fish, goat’s cheese and sheep’s cheese.
