Thanks to its terroir and the age of its vines, this Talva Monopole stands out from classic Chablis through its depth and complexity. Slightly fuller on the palate, it offers more exotic, pronounced fruit notes and greater complexity while retaining its mineral character.
Ideal as a refined aperitif. Delicious with oysters, seafood, summer salads, Burgundy snails and fresh goat’s cheese.
