Domaine George Burgundy - France
Domaine George is located in Courgis, a small and picturesque village in the heart of the Chablis region. The history of the estate dates back to the 1940s. At that time, the grapes were not yet vinified under the domaine’s own name but were sold to the local cooperative. In 1997, Michel George took the step of becoming an independent winegrower. Today, his sons David and Jonathan, both trained in winemaking in Beaune, continue the family tradition. The estate’s 17 hectares of vineyards are located exclusively on steep and privileged slopes. The vines grow on the renowned Kimmeridgian soils, composed of limestone, clay and marine fossils – remnants from millions of years ago, when this area was still covered by the sea. The grapes used for the estate’s Chablis come from two different Climats: “Talvat” and “Côte de Jouan”.
Domaine Christelle Greffet Burgundy - France
Domaine Christelle Greffet is a renowned French wine estate located on the hillsides of Solutré-Pouilly, in the heart of the prestigious Pouilly-Fuissé appellation in Burgundy. The family estate is currently managed by Christelle Greffet, who represents the fourth generation at the helm of the winery. The domaine was originally founded in 1929 by her great-grandfather Léon. Today, the estate covers a total of 10 hectares of vineyards. The vines grow on limestone and clay soils surrounding the iconic Roche de Solutré. Christelle Greffet exclusively produces high-quality dry white wines from Chardonnay. Production is divided among three renowned regional appellations: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran and Mâcon-Solutré-Pouilly. The estate is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE), reflecting its commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible viticulture.
Champagne Bollinger Champagne - France
Bollinger is one of the most prestigious and characterful Champagne houses, founded in 1829 in Aÿ. The house is renowned for its distinctly Pinot Noir-driven style, combining tradition, craftsmanship and extended ageing. Bollinger stands out through vinification partly in old oak casks, an exceptional reserve wine library, part of which is kept under cork in magnums, and ageing longer than legally required. This results in Champagnes with power, vinosity and complexity, marked by ripe fruit, brioche, toast and fine spicy, nutty notes. Tenuta Agricola Pesolillo Abruzzo - Italy
Tenuta Agricola Pesolillo is a small, authentic estate with a strong family character. It has been that way since grandfather Domenico and grandmother Carmela bought the first plot of land on a hill just 2 km from the coastline, Monte Rotondo. The soil was once seabed, giving it an enormous mineral richness and lending the wines a refined, vibrant character. True to their philosophy of minimal intervention and climate-neutral production, all vineyards have been farmed fully organically since 2015.
Del Grillo
Sicily - Italy
The Del Grillo estate is a true family business located in the province of Trapani, in Sicily. For three generations now, only organic farming has been practised here, with the largest part of the land used for viticulture. Another significant part is planted as an olive grove, another as an orchard, and a small plot is used to grow durum wheat. The various native grape varieties each undergo individual, minimal-intervention vinification so that every grape can shine to its fullest.
Vazisubani Estate Kakheti - Georgia

Señorio de Beade Ribeiro - Spain
This young family business was founded in 1987 by the Gónzalez-Vázquez family and takes its name from Beade, located on the river Avia in the Ribeiro appellation. Thanks to the unique terroir, this is where fresh, aromatic white wines from Treixadura, Albariño and Loureira are born, alongside elegant red wines from Mencía. Out of respect for nature and tradition, all vineyards are farmed organically.

Bodegas Urbina Cuzcurrita del Río Tirón - Spain
The family vineyard in Cuzcurrita del Río Tirón has more than 150 years of history and is regarded as an established name in Rioja. Since Salvador Urbina made his first wines there in 1870, four generations have continued to build an estate where tradition and modern techniques come together harmoniously. Today, Urbina belongs to the select group of classic-traditional Rioja producers, celebrated for their elegant wines, extended ageing and pronounced terroir expression.
